Para formar perguntas no Discurso Indireto, observe se a frase apresenta ou não palavra interrogativa:
ask” – perguntar:       The doctor asked: “When did you start felling badly?
The doctor asked when I had started feeling badly. – a palavra interrogativa é repetida.

“ask” – perguntar:      The doctor asked: “Did you take you medicine?
The doctor asked if  I had taken my medicine. – quando não há palavra interrogative, usamos a conjunção IF (se).

Imperativo Afirmativo:                       My mom told me: “Go to bed early!”
My mom told me to go to bed early.  ó  verbo no infinito

Imperativo Negativo               My mom told me: “Don’t watch TV at night.”
My mom told me not to watch TV at night.    ó  NOT + verbo no infinito
